Featuring a dial thickness control cam system, staff can adjust the slice thickness up to 1/2″ thick while its built-in sharpener ensures convenient sharpening. For operator safety, the hopper features exclusive heavy duty plastic protection to protect operator’s hand and keep them at a safe distance from the blade.
